People managing Jolly Motors behaves and think that they are the only people dealing in Auto Parts and Accessories.
They might have reached a pinnacle but should respect each customer. So, when we approached them at their showroom today to help us with certain parts for our car assessories, and show us the same in physical or on photo catalogue, they refused asking us to bring the car and only then will they allow us to see them. Just in order to earn more money , they aren't understanding they are loosing the customers they have.
The behaved in same manner during our earlier visit also.
Behaviour of this sort , for a established brand like theirs is not accepted and is a blot on their reputation.
