★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me, being a regular client and never do time pass and waste either of our time while I shop... Today had worst experience. Very rude they have been and non cooperative.. .. Please ppl go to other shops in the vicinity but not jolly stationary... It's fine if u don't hv ur requirement but don't go to jolly... They are just not bothered... They don't deserve a star chart also.
Very true... U dint hv a single client on your counter and the way you replied bothered me that me being regular u can behave any way u want... U can't take ppl for granted.. Rest u too know how u behaved... Being regular client doesn't mean you always gave a good service... It's just that your shop is close by i prefer it... It's just that.. Don't take name of covid 19 as an excuse, we too understand that and was ready to stand outside the shop...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jolly Stationery & Xerox is managed by a family of mother and two sons Vicky & Kalpesh. All of them are epitomes of customer service.
Both the brothers strive hard to provide all what is needed to the customers. They are usually stocked up with all the stationary items required by the population around that locality.
They are highly effective when it comes to school books. They cater to the needs of all the nearby schools and colleges. They have an amazing ability of getting any book that you want within a week.
They are always upto date on the ID card side. They were one of the first to start printing Aadhar & Universal Pass. They have a huge printer and can cater to most customisations with ease.
Mother is an empathetic person. She is highly cost conscious and will even point out if you are buying more than needed.
Next time you visit, please have a chat with one of them. You will cherish the experience.
