After visiting this store and by talking to owner and friendly stuff of this promising shop..looks like my problem is solved now.

Wife purchased pair of fancy sandles for marriage function, high price with full warranty as per seller, due to substandard product, it broke down in single day use, for replacement they take week, then demanded for courier charges finally given another inferior quality product as replacement.
