I am Shailesh Kelawala - 65 yrs sr. citizen-I was suffering from Vertigo problem. During the attack, I could not walk straight-could not maintain balance. I have to sit down or lay flat-Wherever possible. Then vomiting starts & I have to take rest for 2 hrs to normalize. There was no certainty about the attack. Whether on the road or office or at home . Experts – Consultants suspected blood clot in the Brain & advised me MR CT Scan-& then a Brain Surgery. I was much worried & uncomfortable. Then one of my old friend recommended Dr. Hemant as a doctor known for sharp Diagnosis. Dr. Joshi examined me thoroughly & told me that he suspected problem in ears & sent me to other dept. for cleaning my ears there they cleaned the earwax & removed big lump of greasy dirt material . Dr. Joshi nicely explained me –that due to this lump –disturbances were transmitted to brain by the inside Ear sensor resulting in Vertigo. Now you will not face this problem again. He was very much confident about what he said. It gave me lot of moral boosting & Then till today (in last 3 years ) I have not faced any problem - I am Highly Thankful to Dr. Hemant Joshi for his correct diagnosis and treatment. Thanks a ton.

MY REVIEW FOR DR. HEMANT JOSHI SIR & SHALBY HOSPITAL SURAT:- MY WIFE MRS. KAUSHIKABEN M. PATTANI WAS ADMITTED TO SHALBY HOSPITAL,SURAT DURING DT.3-8-21 TO 24-8-21 FOR NEUROLOGICAL PROBLEM. SHE WAS OPERATED FOR BRAIN SURGERY BY MOST PROMINENT DR. MILAN SENJALIYA SIR. FIRST OF ALL WE CONSULTED A VERY FAMOUS AND DOWN TO EARTH DR. HEMANT JOSHI SIR WHO IS NEURO PHYSICIAN IN THE HOSPITAL.DURING CONSULTATION WE FELT AS IF A FAMILY MEMBER WAS TALKING TO US. DR. JOSHI IS VERY KNOWLEGABLE, WELL QUALIFIED AND HAVING PLEASING PERSONALITY. HE IS AN ASSET TO SHALBY HOSPITAL. THE WAY HE DEALS WITH PATIENT IS SUCH THAT THE PATIENT FEELS AT HOME IN THE HOSPITAL. AFTER TREATMENT OF FEW DAYS PATIENT HAD TO GO FOR BRAIN SURGERY. A MOST QUALIFIED AND KNOWLEGABLE DR. MILAN SENJALIYA SIR OF THE SAID HOSPITAL WAS CONSULTED FOR SURGERY. BOTH OF THEM HAD A MEETING WITH US & PERSUADED US FOR SURGERY WHICH WAS THE LAST OPTION LEFT. THEY BOTH DISCUSSED MRI TEST, MINOR BRAIN STROKE AND HAEMORRHAGE OF PATIENT. FINALLY BRAIN SURGERY WAS PERFORMED BY MILAN SIR VERY SUCCESSFULLY. AFTER SURGERY RECOVERY OF PATIENT WAS VERY IMPORTANT PART. BOTH JOSHI SIR AND MILAN SIR TREATED POST OPERATED EVENT IN SUCH A NICE WAY THAT PATIENT WAS DISCHARGED WITHIN A WEEK TIME. HATS OFF TO SUCH BRILLIANT AND TALENTED DOCTORS. IT WOULD BE UNFAIR IF I DO NOT MENTION THE THIRD DOCTOR NAMED DR. AROOL SHUKLA SIR WHOSE CONTRIBUTION ALSO WAS REMARKABLE FOR OUR PATIENT. WHEN THE PATIENT IS PASSING THROUGH CRITICAL CONDITIONS FOR SURVIVAL THE TREATMENT OF SUCH DOCTOR IS MOST ESSENTIAL. SO SALUTE TO DR. AROOL SIR FOR HIS EFFORTS. AS FAR AS HOSPITAL IS CONCERNED IT IS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN AS WELL AS FREE FROM MOSQUITOES AND INSECTS. NURSING STAFF AND DOCTORS ARE VERY COOPERATIVE AND POLITE. ALL LABORATORY TESTS ARE CONDUCTED IN THE HOSPITAL ITSELF. ALMOST ALL DIAGNOSTIC TESTS ARE DONE UNDER ONE ROOF WITH LATEST EQUIPMENTS AND QUALIFIED TECHNICAL STAFF. PUBLIC RELATION OFFICERS ALSO PLAY IMPORTANT ROLE. THEY SEE WEATHER PATIENTS ARE SATISFIED WITH HOSPITAL STAFF AND THE TREATMENT GIVEN TO THEM. I AM VERY MUCH GRATEFUL TO DR. HEMANT JOSHI SIR, DR. MILAN SIR, DR. AROOL SHUKLA SIR AND OTHER STAFF MEMBERS WHO HAVE PLAYED BIGGER ROLE IN OUR PATIENT'S RECOVERY. EMPLOYED PHYSIOTHERAPISTS ALSO DID THEIR BEST. I consulted Dr. Joshi for my wife as she was suffering from prolonged headache. He is very supportive and helpful and avoids unnecessary medication. He did through diagnosis. Very happy and satisfied with the results and service level.

Dr Hemant Joshi is an excellent doctor. His investigation is thorough and diagnosis is perfect . He is extremely helpful . We know him since he was working in Vadodara. I remember having severe stomach pain at 2:00 in the night. He received our call and guided us very patiently and calmly at that odd hour. There are many instances when we could not visit him personally for consultation but always got help over phone without hesitation . He is a very knowledgeable anda dedicated doctor with very good experience. Highly recommended!

I had consulted Dr. Joshi about headache I had. I feared it could be something serious as it was going on for some time. Dr. Joshi spent good 30 minutes with me to understand my lifestyle, occupation , personal and professional environment and symptoms I had been experiencing. He felt that primarily headache was stress induced. He recommend lifestyle changes which helped ease out the issue. He did not recommend any unnecessarily costly medications. What I liked about this doctor is that he did not specify any brand and prescribed generic medicine name only. He also explained to me the constituents of the medicine, possible side effects and what I should be doing in case I observe those side effects. He has a good sense of humor which makes you comfortable talking to him. For minor follow-up he was happy to talk on call rather than forcing me to come to hospital just for the sake of charging consulting fees.

I have consulted Dr Hemant Joshi quiet a few times . His basics are very strong and he gives time to hear our problems patiently and then explain and make us understand the problem and guides the proper medications. The recommendation and diagnoses done has always been accurate . It has never been trial and error attitude . The recovery from his medication and treatment had been always quick. He is very soft spoken so we are not hesitant asking even the simplest of the question.

He is a very Professional and caring doctor, asks too many questions and pay attention to every detail???
