★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder and apartment just deserve 0 point rating if we ho through with the construction quality and maintenance here.
,Every other day security guards getting changed,anyone can visit building no restrictions on Entrance.
No fencing o. Walls, backside wall has fallen 4 time in past 2 months infact still cement plaster not made just repairing done.
They are just cheating doing frauds,one of the worst builder (Ashish and Santushti and Khatu Shyam Builder) sold 80% of building stating life time maintenance free however now trying to force people to pay monthly maintenance charges.
Every time when people try to meet builder these guys do not have time.
Only focus of the builder is to cheat and earn money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder is a cheater and worst material used..no proper water light facility..nobody is there to listen. At the time of buying the make big promises later we got nothing. Entire building is damp all the flat have damp problem.bad quality of switches and material used..owner behaviour is worst.they make us fool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the place. Very nice location. Reasonable and affordable flats. Has an airport view. Another building is facing it which is of the same project and is almost fully occupied. It has rooftop swimming pool, gaming, multiporpose hall, panel room. It has covered parking as well as basement parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is only after money. Builder has no concern for residents. Their only aim is to sell , sell and only sell. After selling a flat they are not answerable for anything. Water quality is very poor. We all are facing hair problems, skin problems. All cloths are getting white tone due to very hard water. They have promised water softener but now they have taken U turn. Why builders are trying to avoid us?? They are not even taking our calls. All residents have tried to contact builder. Why they are not meeting residents??
For all concerns we need to follow up 100 times. Then hardly they listen. Floor tiles installation is very bad. Walls are getting cracks. Street Dogs are always inside society. No security concern.
Still lots of things are remaining.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor maintenance. No security. Builder is not concerned with the residents once the flat is sold. Don't be a fool to buy this property. Not advisable. Many decent options available nearby. The quality is too bad. The wall which had fallen with a thunderstorm.
