Before giving my laptop, the issue is When i turn on - it turn offs automatically (so not battery issue or power issue)
The actual problem was the mother board, they also said the same and asked me 1 week of time to resolve by importing spare motherboard from chennai but delayed 10 days. "okay that's not a thing".
Finally they told me that, we can't do it. "okay that's was also not a thing".
i took my laptop and give it in hyd BEFORE THAT i viewed whether this time it's turning or not(no response even power also)
They checked and "I TOO SEEN THAT THE POWER and WIFI ADAPTER WERE CUT OFF and SHORTED". I lost my laptop completely.
May be you are good in SALES PERSON but not a trusted SERVICE PERSON.
WILL YOU PAY TO THIS ??
