Having said this, I would state my experience of living in that area about 25 years back. The eatery is located on a busy link road in the Bhowanipur area of Kolkata that has been known as a middle class Bengali predominant area. Though the demography has changes since then the items of fast food offered has a popular demand from the people on the move as well as the local residents. The most important aspect is that given the demand of these freshly prepared dishes there is hardly any scope of left-overs or stale food that is sold on the next day.
The quality of the dishes and the taste of food is not certified by me and is anybody's guess !!
