★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed. Very bad experience. I would completely regret to order the ring here. We ordered engagement ring of one model but delivered some other model. The finishing was also very worst. Don't expect much in name embossed model rings. Didn't expect such a pathetic shopping experience with joyalukkas.

You can negotiate the price. If possible quote my name as Srinivas ; google local guide and complained about their khammam branch.

All Salesman are from Kerala, they won't understand what we are asking and we don't understand what they are explaining. It took me 15 minutes to understand what he is saying. More over they are not patient enough to show us the models if you are not buying the jewellery immediately.
