The significance of Labour Day is that all workers should be aware of their rights and should not be exploited by their employers. It is well said that ” What you sow so shall you reap” so if we teach our kids to value work and labour from the very beginning they will definitely grow up into helpful and worthy citizens of tomorrow. Once you start to sow the seeds of Goodness in form of Love, honesty, moral values help and respect for other people in mind of your child and see the difference it is going to make to existing ruthless world .
Labour Day meaning;
We at Joyland Montessori School Celebrate Labour Day to teach Labour day Meaning to kids by organizing an Activity. The secret of teaching to kids is not just instruction but real experience and chance to enact as helper even dress up like them and that experience will always stay close to child’s heart.
“OUR HELPERS ” all children were dressed up as various Community Helpers. They were told about the importance of their work.
Don’t go far, just tell your child to look around as we did to make them realize the people who help us. We practically showed them few examples.
A Teacher helps you to study in school .A Sweeper cleans your school and classroom .Aunty (Helpers) helps you to eat your food. Driver drives your school van .Gardner maintains your school garden etc We as Parents and Teachers have the duty to make our kids realize and value the work done by people around us.When children go into the shoes of other person they realize what does other person feel about his or her Job and that feeling inculcates dignity of labour directly into heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally waste school. They increased the monthly fees from 2000 to rs 2700 which is almost 30% increase. The school is not having facility as compared to fees they r taking from parents and education level is also not upto mark.

I know my son Daksh is very naughty but sunita mam handled him very gently
I would like to say that joyland montessori school is the best school in chandigarh for little ones because of it numerous activities
My son Daksh has got admission in other school but he is very unhappy he miss his school and lovely teachers
I will also never forget this awesome school and effient teachers

In spite of setting d child by themselves, which is their jobj they ask d parents to tell them d way to settle their child. V bad decision taken by us for our child. N we r regretting this.

The school gives a customized platform for every child to begin his learning experience at his pace and ability and makes the journey enjoyable to the child there by ensuring blooming of his potentials in a stress free environment. The coordinator Mrs Ranu is well experienced to understand the new child and accordingly ensures the initial settling as a happy experience to the child there by making him adjusted to the learning platform. My son started his Schooling here in 2019 and at the time of admission seeing the nature of child coordinator put him under Miss Priyanka who took pain in establishing a positive bond with the child there by taking him to the academic structure of school with out any resistance or fear for the child. Since the initial settling was on a positive note my son enjoyed his schooling experience. Now the progress has been good and the online mode during pandemic was also equally good with lot of interaction and learning. A very good school and wonderful and dedicated teachers.
