★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very much dissatisfied about staff services and delivery experience... They had taken 18 days to make a small 2gm locket to deliver on predetermined time... I had also requested them to note that and paid 99% price of the product... For that I have to enquire 4 times before the delivery...
Don't go with the name or decoration... I have got reference to taste the smells but it's rotten and wastage quality..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really bad experience with Joymontra Uluberia. Never expected this top side jeweler to behave so irrationally. We gave 4 stones to prepare rings. When we recieved the rings there were scratches all over the stones due to filing. Price of the stone doesn't matter but customer service does. Would never go back to that place again.
