★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beware from mr Pappu owner of js. he is paid to just dial for 5 star rating. js garden all reviews are paid which is show 5 star rating. don't book this banquet. very worsted banquet services are really horrible. manager kamal like Pappu he has no manner to talk with clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor standard of this banquet and management. Food quality very poor service no manner to Waiter and both the useless manager kamal and sardar. Everywhere rats and other small things. No hygienic no decoration. During the booking talk nicely during the function manager kamal ready to fight. For extra plate manager said don't talk with our Boss we will give you discount on extra plate. I will never suggest to anybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pathetic management specially Kamal who says that he is the GM. Spoke with this guy and shared concern about food quality and delay in serving dinner and he was not ready to listen. As per him bread (chapati) can be crispy (kurkuri) like papad. When i didn't agree with him then he started misbehaving infront of guests which was so embarassing. Does any GM behaves like this? Does he know how hospitality industry works although he seemed to me an uneducated person by his behaviour and tone.
Asking money infront of guests...no manners.
Food quality was also not good except Gol gappe and chaat.
You can find super better places at JS Garden rate and i regret that I chose this place over other brands.
SUPER PATHETIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE... MENTIONING NAME AGAIN... Kamal said I am GM so no point of complaining to anyone else...HaHaHa
Worst place....Worst service...Worst management (Kamal).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This banquet hall is in Noida Extension and opposite Supertech Eco Village 1. Location is good considering it us on road. Parking management pathetic.
Apart from location nothing is good about this banquet hall. I generally try to give rating after considering a lot of things.
I didn't find anything positive about this banquet apart from location. Worst part is there were three weddings. They have divided place in three areas. Management is hopeless. Food quality not good at all. No covid protocols followed by staff.
Found my plate dirty and need to change it.
Tasteless food.
After all of this, found a major issue in management. They really don't know anything about hospitality industry. Asking money in between function is pathetic. Always discuss money in office only. Asking in front of guests shows broken and bad intentions of management.
Being a local guide I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I never right this line in my reviews but don't consider this place at all.
No standard at all.
