★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I went for an X-ray on March 03, 2020. They couldn't give me the hard copy of the report as there were short of X-ray films (sounds unbelievable, but its true). They asked me to come after two days to collect it. (fair enough).
I kept visiting the place once every two days to collect the report. The report was never ready and they kept asking me to come again. They also gave flimsy reasons like weekend and Holi festival caused the delay. Finally these liars promised to deliver the report home. I received it on March 14 (eleven days later)
However, they were on time when it came to them receiving their payment. No delays there.
Its life a mafia as all dentists in the vicinity refer us here. These people are taking advantage of the monopoly.
