Company deals automobile parts mainly for Maruti. Working culture is very cool for on roll employee and it's little bit tough for off roll's. While it's mainly consider and appease such candidate those have potential to work independently, also now a days it's relative hike decreasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor and rude behavior of security guards at main gate, they feel like they are the owner of the company.I will never suggest anyone to work with this type of company where guards have that much of rude behavior.
Requesting to look into it because will create a negative image towards the company.
