★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never experienced such rubish car service. There is no coordination between supervisor, labour and the office staff. There promise time was 3 pm but they delivered around 4:30 after multiple follow up in an incomplete state. I raised 4-5 points in my paid service so I was expecting supervisor to give me a walkthrough instead they swipe my card first and hold me for an hour for delivery where I received a car which was not clean and my complaint was not resolved. I doubted if they changed my engine oil and filter for which they changed so beware and keep a watch on workshop for ur service. I will never go there but I feel pity for KIA owners living nearby.
------Update April 26, 2022---------
No change, as usual supervisor will talk like they will take care of everything but trust me they will not. There is no other option for people in Bokaro so I'm helpless. Do not pay before inspecting your complaint, just an advice to deal with cheats.

They are such a crook that still I haven’t received my booking amount of INR 25000 in my bank account. Whenever I am asking to them they says that It will be done today or max by tomorrow. All the staffs should get certificate for lying from junior to senior levels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juhi kia is the best showroom I have visited in my life time , There services are extremely good , Mr Deepak chandra Mahato was my sales culsantant he helped me in the entire process and loved the way he handle the questions and answer very politely , helped me even in the holidays , Hats off to the showroom and the staff , never miss a chance to make the customer happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to Juhi Kia. All of the folks are humble here and takes care about the customer. The Showroom is clean and well maintained. Customers and Visitors get Coffee and Tea at regular intervals.
On my request and need, the showroom management arranged me a KIA Sonet HTX in days ? instead of 2-3 month long waiting period. Within 2-2.5 Hours they cleaned and fitted the Car with the accessories which I wished.
I would recommend this showroom for everyone who wish to ride a KIA made car.

No doubt the KIA CARS ? is one of the best car in Indian market now a days but JUHI KIA has he’ll lots of things to improve
