★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blessings. A true old architecture jain derasar with wooden pillars. Yes the old derasar is made of wooden carved pillars, with octagonal shape, all walls has an idol seated in the room, with very minute carving, carving is even on ceiling dome. One must really visit this place if you are travelling to Samkhyali or Bhuj, Gujarat.
Rooms are well maintained. Though inside from the highway, this mandir has more than 20 rooms. A well maintained Bhojanalaya. Good staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place. The latest temple in the premises have fully decorated interior of exceptional wooden carving. It's unique and worth to have view once. Inside the temple there is a Stambh (pillar) made of Crystal, which is a wonderful masterpiece of such an amazing art, combining latest technology with old ethos. Inside temple, there are some panels with colorful sculptures relating to panch Kalyanak of Mahavir Swami.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Jain Tirth. Temple has amazing main marble Derasar and another Derasar made from wood. This is architectural marvel. Also spatik samosan is darsahniya. Tirth has dharamshala facilities as well.

History :
Jain Tirth has amazing history of struggle and sacrifice to protect Tirthankar, culture and religion. Hindus united with Jains fought Temple destroyers using Katar (dagger) and hence the name Katariya Tirth.
