Juna Sherbazaar is the name that comes to mind when one thinks of "Chavanu" - an amazing blend of multiple savory snacks like Sev, Moong, Fulvadi, Makai Pauva, Roasted Spiced Peanuts and more. And here, the person will do the blending of the above mentioned dry snacks right in front of you once you order. It's a great sight.
They also sell other dry snacks and sweets as well but they are mainly known for "Chavanu".
It's a cash only place so cards won't work at the time of payment. Parking is only roadside. While there is a bus stop there, but I haven't seen anybody bothering about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place with humble servicing staff and good variety of different Namkeen snacks. Moreover being an heritage makes it a nice rememberance. One star is lacking just because some of the varieties being overpriced compared to other competitors. Hope they will get it done soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you visit Ahmedabad 'Juna Sherbazar' is a must visit (dine in or home deliver) I suggest dine in.
It is said to be the most popular place and are "fafda Jalebi" specialist.
My Visit proved it is true. It's a very hygiene place, The raw material they use is very good quality and pure.
Fafda are served with the green papaya chutney and kadhi with fried chillies.
Jalebi here is made fresh and hot. If not hot and you have time just ask them to make it, the smell of fresh jalebi is amazing.
The 'Chavanu' a mixed savory snack is good enough to visit you again.
