★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering from complex pilonidal sinus from last 2 years Dr Nilesh suggested rotation flap surgery which is one of the painful surgeries I asked him about the laser surgery he said it's not successful. For the second openion I visited Healing hands clinic Pune they suggested me Pilonidotomy a laser treatment also assured it will not reoccur I'm satisfied with the surgery hopefully it will not return.This kind of advance surgeries should happen in the Nagpur also so that patient need not to visit metro cities.

All our queries and doubts were answered by him very patiently. All staff nurses Sayli, laxmi, sunita sisters were very polite, helpful and cooperative.

•Dr is expertise in his field, behavior is exemplary and treatment is so
nice.
•Hospital is very clean which is required at hospitals but unfortunately
not found in most of hospitals.
•Hospital staff is very much caring, proactive, co-operative and readily
available at any point.
•Hospital documentation is so perfect which ease further process.
•Admission and discharge process is effortless.
•Lastly, post-surgery follow up also painless.
