MONIKA was a pleasure to work with - she gave us advice on flooring selection, answered all my questions, and responded to my calls super quickly! She provided all the necessary documents my building requested for the installation. After the flooring arrived, I was able to get an installation appointment schedule within a week. The installers were great - super professional, worked quickly, and did a seamless job. I love the new Flooring! I hope to work with The jupitar Carpet on hardwood flooring next!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Solarbrite flooring from Jupiter Carpets on 29th July 2021. Used your service for installation. However, your product started showing patches or spots within the first 6 months. The tear on the floor tiles started getting bigger and bigger. Some tiles are already coming off. i clicked some pictures and videos for proof and sent it to Jupiter executive Priya. Even after several attempts to contact the company, they have not responded at all. I am truly disappointed with Jupiter Carpets and Flooring and will not recommend anyone to use their service. They install such 3rd quality product and do not take responsibility for thereafter. Zero Star to them.
