Mr. Sukhija did his graduation in Science stream from Delhi University, and studied Law at a premier institute of Delhi Page 5 of 8 University namely Campus Law Centre. Ever since his enrolment with Bar Council of Delhi in the year 1994 he practiced in different Forums i.e. Judicial and Quasi Judicial Forums. He is regularly appearing before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, District courts Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Forums including State commission and National Commission etc. Apart from appearing in judicial forums, he is also handling the documentation and consultation work. Mr. Sukhija joined Campus Law Center Delhi University in the year 2000 as a Lecturer. He taught various procedural Laws such as Civil Procedure Code, Pleadings and Conveyencing, Partnership Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 etc. to Law students Mr. Sukhija is representing EDMC as Standing Counsel and the Delhi Development Authority as their empanelled Counsel as their empanelled Counsel before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. He also represented Government of NCT Delhi before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi as panel counsel. Mr. Sukhija was nominated Standing Counsel for Union of India at Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. He has Expertise and experience to handle constitutional matters, Property Matters, Arbitration Matters, injunction cases, performance of contract cases, negotiable instrument cases, recovery of money cases, consumer complaints, and disputes under Transfer of Property Act.
