★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of the store is very rude. The staff is good and courteous but the manager acted as if the store wad his. Also when there was a fight between 2 dogs on 31.10.21. He was least bothered to check on the dog who was bleeding. Just a rude cashier

Above all of this, they do host adoption events where NGOs and animal shelters are given the platform to spread awareness and importance about adoption. I was there for an adoption event, and was impressed as to how well Just Dogs supported the event. Glad, that I could be their. :)

Love this place ! I frequently visit the store and staff is very helpful! If you have pet do visit this place with you place.

Very untrained and unprofessional staff in terms of Sales service.
My recommendation not to visit.
I am not going to stop here will suggest 15 to 20 my family friends who regularly visit your store will convince them to not visit your place and not buying your service.
Behaviour of Mr. Dinesh was very unprofessional.
#boycottjustdogbopal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 12 Mar for Spa and grooming. The trimmer they used and the area looked clean but after the grooming my GSD have got serious infection on his genetical. It is so painful for him he is not able to sit or sleep properly. talking to friends they also confirmed that its common prob for just dog as they don't keep the equipment clean. so its not suggestable to go there.
