★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the rebonding done three days back (22 Feb 2015), today after wash hair is worse than ever. it is like broom. Have paid 4200 rs. for rebonding. When I asked for my hard earned money back, salon's owner denied to return the money. Now I am going to file a case in cosumer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! I took a deal, and it's not that the are giving us services for free .
The girl who did my waxing did it horribly, leaving most of the places unwaxed , I had to make her warm the wax thrice again n again to get thing done . She did is as if she was doing me favour. When it came to facial , HORRIFIC ! So unprofessional and unpleasant it was as if she was beating my face, no relaxation at all . I was waiting for it to get over .
I can go on and on about how horrible the place is.
Just a warning . DONT GO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice salon but it could be better. If you are going for a package you might feel that the services are not as good as they would have been had you paid for each service separately. Since, they are offering package to their customers they should keep their services upto the standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe I had a bad day that's why I decided to go there. I have taken many deal but today I felt I have wasted 730 rupees for nothing.
My head massage was good. But facial and waxing time was horrible and pathetic.
The girl who was doing facial she was very irritating.
She was offering me to go for chocolate wax to regular wax. When I said it's just wax do the regular wax she again offer me lotus facial. I said to her please do the regular one. If I needed the lotus or any other brand so why I would take such deal!
When she ask me for threading she said madam u have to pay for it cause it's not included
I said of course I will pay for it. Then she a throw a comment to me to prove me as I am a poor girl who can't afford salon services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained Salon. They claim that their staff is well trained and professionals whereas its not the case. Was quite disappointing seeing how dirty towels and tools they used that one can actually get some infections out of that place.
I had an awful experience and the owner too dint have the courtesy to accept and apologize. Surely reflects how professionals they are specially being in the service Industry.
