we had booked a travel package with my family through just travels in the peak season for mysore ,ooty, kodaikanal and munnar compared to other travel agencies just travels was economically better and we had a very pleasant and good experience, the driver and guide were very cooperative and good to us , next time we are planning to travel with the same agency for coorg package and i recommend to travel with just travels for my friends as we got good accommodation in the tour as it was a peak season

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just travels is the worst travel agency. My experience with Just travels was horrible and I recommend everyone here reading my review NOT to trust/use this travel package.
I had booked my trip along with my husband and family to Mysore Ooty Kodai Madurai Rameshwaram Kanyakumari for 6 nights 7 days and it was our first South trip.
We were carried away by the look and feel of Just travels website. The manager Syed who is a real fraud charged us Rs.68000 (total for 6 nights and 7 days for trip and stay in three AC double bedrooms for 7 members).. I was ok with the price since I wanted a comfortable journey for my family.
Initially Syed gave us the list of all good hotel names and assured us that he has already booked for our stay. He took 40k on the first day for trip and hotel bookings and asked us to pay the remaining amount during the stay at hotels.
Now the real problem started.. Syed is actually an idiot and cheater.We made a big mistake by trusting him. He booked all below standard rooms for us in cheap hotels.. The hotel rooms were so dirty and bed cots were full with bugs. When my husband called Syed, he didnt even lift our call and we were told to adjust in those dirty unhygienic rooms.
This happened with us at all the placed and my family were really disappointed with the stay..
I suggest everyone here not to trust this local private tours and travels.
If you want to have a comfortable journey then prefer Government registered tours travels.
