★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service experience. They said that they will call/message on registered number once my passport is back. But they never did and after a few more days they sent my passport back to mumbai without any notice. Then I got a call from Mumbai that my passport is there!
It's disgusting that nobody even cared to call before sending it back to mumbai.

Staff is very well behaved.Always they try to be helpful.
Usually takes 15 20 mins for complete documents to get visa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall process of VFS is very fast and nice and every staff was friendly, gentle and nice except two persons, one who is at reception (Male) and another is front security (Male) at 1st Floor. Due to these two persons my experience has ruined.
I would have given 5 Stars but due to these two persons I'm giving only 1 Star.
Experience at Reception:
Firstly receptionist (Male) talked like he is doing some favour to me to letting me in and forced me to take premium service. When I denied to take premium service, he had become extremely rude to me and insulting me and other people who hadn't opted for premium service in every possible manner. After, he just pretended to explain everything with speed of light and lastly when I asked how to pay for courier then he denied to tell me and told me that I told you once and if you are not taking premium service then you have no right to come here again and we will not let you in if anything happens in future with your file or biometrics. Almost threatened me and others and treated us like we are accused of some crime.
Experience of Security Staff:
The lady at ground floor was very sweet and polite but once I reached at first floor then horrible experience has started. Some guy chewing Pan-Masala was security incharge. He had some connection with rude Receptionist. Once I denied to take premium service then that receptionist did some gesture to him and Pan-Masala chewing security came to me and asked me that I want to check your bag again. He again opened my bag and told me to wait outside on stairs and when I asked why then He told me cause you haven't opted for premium service. I gently waited outside and I had some company so I was just telling my name to the guy behind me. Suddenly that Pan-Masala chewing security came and threatened me that if I open my mouth in stairs then he would cancel my appointment for biometrics because I hadn't chose premium service.
My VFS experience was ruined owing to these two guys. Rest staff was so good and helped me to complete my overall process.
But Receptionist and Pan-Masala chewing Security have done everything to feel me inferior cause I hadn't taken premium service.
5 stars for other staff.
0 stars for Receptionist and Pan-Masala chewing security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is below average and the guy who took my fingerprints didn't clean the machine and was not ready to let me have a retry. As a result I had to repeat my Biometrics at Bangalore VAC Karnataka due to covid related delays, that nearly cost me 20,000 Rs. for travel and living expenditure over there. I am looking for a way for my compensation due to the bad and rubbish quality staff at Ahmedabad VFS global. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambeince, supportive staff. PATHETIC SYSTEM. Individual applicants are doomed and have to wait till the tour operators or travel agents clear all the applications they have brought and have taken token before you. I suggest they should give appointments for travel agents or give priority to individual applicants over them. Whole day was wasted for a max of 30 minutes submission task.
