★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going for repairing service then be ready to buy a new one.
The repairing guy will convince you that your existing item is gone pretty bad and repairing charges are very high so you buy a new one.
For my gas geyser they told me that repairing charges are 2000 and you will get new one around 3000.
I checked outside and found that only one switch had gone bad which actually costed 35rs. I happily gave 100rs to that guy for 5 min task.
Otherwise quality of new products looks good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by delar and attitude by owner ....I bought gas stove firstly they are not agree to provide fitting services because they don't have more worker to work I requested it's dengoures if we fit because we are not specialist I requested them please send when worker available.
Once worker come he not come with all required tool he asking us to provide him and we have 10 feet gas pipe my perents told him to plz cut but he said I came from home so not bring accessories ( my perents were alone )he fitted 10 feet pipe to stove and actually requirment was 3 feet and he kept pipe on floor .
Once I came at home I called owner and he saying we don't have worker will send him in two days after 2 months I am still waiting for him.
Bad service and very careless owner and worker.

Shop Owner talked so rudely with a customer like threatening
They treated like a slavery.
As i cross checked with Head office , Visited technician should perform their basic assign task when customer call out for servicing,
Which wasn’t happened and stove still untidy, then paid amount towards technician didn’t found worth to me, Hence i demand for full refund.
You might see Owner started barking to get their reviews done but truth will always out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever company. I don't want to give even zero rating to this 3rd class dealer. While you purchase products they talk so well & give commitment of all sort of services.
These cheaters are selling fake products. Never believe these guys. Faber gas I purchased is not working just 9 months of time.
When you call them for service owner is so harsh. REQUEST ALL TO NOT TO TRUST THIS FAKE AGENT AND BUY PRODUCTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Had visited the Store on 5th Sept to get my cooking stove repaired. But not only they refused to repair but very rudely said that they don't have a contact details of any mechanic also. Just because, the stove was not purchased from them. Very unprofessional. If they don't have customer service attitude in their DNA, my suggestion would be better to avoid such stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this store really good...visited multiple stores before buying gas stove but the salesperson from this store was the only one who explained features/service option to me.. it was so helpful for me to choose from wide variety product range..others whom I visited earlier were only talking about the prices...hope same nice experience will continue in future as well...
