★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness is not appeared. No plastic cups or bottle provided separately to patient for their samples. Common tub is being provided for sample. Bathroom is so dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not understand the situation of patients, patients tried once to provide sample of toilet but not coming and when he has natural toilet call to provide sample that time staff refused to get sample. It's worst thing i have seen about this Lab.
