★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suvajit Roy of this jyoti roy and associates is a fraudster.all these feedbacks and reviews on just dial and various sites are very misleading.Unfortunately i checked these feedbacks and hired this architect suvajit roy for remodelling work at my place.All the people working under him are inefficient and lack knowledge...Suvajit roy does not know how to behave with his clients-he misbehaves with women and has no respect for elders..he is a big time liar..He will make every possible attempt to fool his clients by giving all the wrong estimates regarding time frame and budget..he extorts money from his client...beware of him because you fall a prey to his trap...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the work firms in Kolkata.the owner the firm suvajit roy knows nothing other than fooling people.he is such a big time liar .he gave me a lot of false promises.he started our renovation work asking for a very decent amount but then suddenly asked for an amount which was three times the original budget.did very horrible job at my place.he has a very inefficient team of people.the carpenter,the plumber who worked at our place did such a poor job that i had to ask for someone else to redo the entire work that suvajit roy's team did.dont fall prey to his apparent decency.suvajit roy misbehaved with me and my family.i had to go through a lot of tension and harassment because of the owner.there are a plenty of other places where you can get your place remodelled or built.dont even consider this firm an option for any work at your place.he will waste all your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im surprised that people are writing all the good things about this firm. ..people who have actually seen his work can rightly judge the standard of his work..very poor standard of people work under him.im shocked to see that someone has written that he provides international standard of work..im sure all this nice comments have been posted either by suvajit roy himself or probably someone very close to him..please do not believe all these nice comments regarding his nature and his work.i have gone through a horrible time dealing with him.his team did a renovation at my home.he fooled me and my parents in every possible way..made all the wrong promises... took the entire money but left the work unfinished
