★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad experience, on the pickup list - they show Kondapur as a pickup point (by VAN) but they cancel it all along, you will get a call just 15-20 min before the bus expected arrival and then they ask you to board about 6km (Miyapur) stop.. there is no support from travel company.. you keep calling no one answers... you are at mercy of driver.. Bus condition is also average

Staff not wearing mask, no sanitizer, no checking temperature at boarding time, very dirty bedsheet and curtains, no cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travels. Driver is very rude on Hyd to Pune road. Bo value for customers, Unable to sleep as they talk very loudly and put songs while travelling. Driver has asked me if they should dance instead of talking. Very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had travelled from Mumbai to hyderabad in April 2021. The bus people are unprofessional as they switch off the AC and charging slot.. During Covid wearing mask and sleeping without ac in pack bus suffocated. After multiple times of request they turn it on but after some time again they off it out.

Last week I was traveled through this travel but about my experience is very bad ..... Customer care to nahi hai.....But vaha pe kuch call kiya to koi baat nhi karte thik se
Aur timing bhi nhi hai....Thik se 9.30 bol ke 12 baje drop kar diya mujhe ....
Very Cheap level service provider hai....
I booked ticket from sanchi Travels Pune .
Ticket from pune to Hyderabad and traveled through jyotiba travels and travels service is very very very bad .....
I suggest don't book ticket from Sanchi Travels and also Jyotiba Travels etc....
Kinner and other employee of the travels also not good .....Faltu services hai ....
Both Travels Sanchi and Jyotiba Travels....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through Raja travels, Chembur. Bus started before schedule. Stopped at multiple places for loading goods. The driver and his colleagues get down at these places, go for urinal, to have tea and snacks. No care for passengers. No bedsheets provided. It is a goods carrier than tours and travels. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st thing if you think travel pune to Jalgaon. Its very worst and pathetic bus.MH.23.W.2332. #khatara.
And they allowed to travel with the pets in the bus. Behind my seat the dog was barking hole night. The drop points also fake at online and the offline also. Driver was rude . He will drop you at anywhere and if you argue with him he will said talk to the owner at 4am. Very much bad experience with this travels. And dont send any of female family member in this bus. Its not safe.
