★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unhappy. Totally customer unfriendly place. No exchange policy, which they do not make you aware while purchase... only show the policy when you go for exchange. Also very rude behavior. No returns we can still understand but no exchange in today's world!!! Even not written anything on bill or bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience..Madam was so rude I buy kaftan and there is miss print in that but they won't exchange me and denied to give me credit not in exchange and they don't have same piece in same size still no any options for thier clientS..Staff was showing me collection and suddenly that mam is coming and rudely behave with me and staff mamember and saying don't waste our time...What she want to prove is we are baggers????I feel so sham over there to deal with the owners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience as the Owner of the Shop (Man sitting at Reception) is very Rude and Arrogant. He was not interested to display the dresses for the customers. The Behaviour of the lady who is also owner was very rude.
