Our personal favorite is Madhuri Purandare's books. Don't miss the Picture Reading done by her.. unforgettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jyotsna Prakashan is an established name in the publishing industry, at least in Maharashtra. I've been referring to their art related books since childhood and continue to do so. They have a sizeable range of books written and illustrated by some well known artists. Apart from the art genre, there are story books, craft books and some basic lesson books to name a few. Catalogue and ordering facility is available online. However, if you buy the books from the shop, you'll get a discount. This shop is not easily visible from the road as it is located on the first floor. I had visited the place 2-3 times before finding the exact location. :P
Nevertheless, it was a great experience for me being here browsing through the books and drooling over my favourite ones. ;)
