★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever.. No png no pdf no nothing.. These amateurs can't even open a single file.. When I asked for a usb chord to transfer the file the manager said who uses USB anymore..
First mailed them Png file.. Then they said this is to big get us the pdf.. The they said they are unable to open the pdf if coral draw.. Then they are asking for the original illustrator file from the designer after 1 hour of trying to open these files.. All for a sticker of 2cm * 5 cm..
The guy in the office also snidely commented that 'na kay tumchya designer cha.. I wanted to say that my designer is a design pass out student from Cambridge thus knows more softwares than all of their team combined..
The owner should intervene and do something.
