Don't buy from them, these guys are cheats.
I ended up paying 500 for the Fastag with no balance and 200 deposit.
They sold me the Fastag for 300, and later asked me to get the recharge by myself. When I recharged I had to pay addit 200 as security deposit.
Which should be part of the initial 300.
Also asked me if I want to pay in cash for the recharge then they will charge 100 more.
Amount was told after they registered the tag for my vehicle
