★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Got defective piece then got that serviced 3 times to solve the issue. For free servicing they give you the appointment and once you go there they say due to lack of man power we need 2 days delivery time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant and rude staff...They behave as if they don't need customers...their attitude really sucks. Also delay in delivery, after vigorous follow-up. All you'll get to hear is excuses. Pay little extra, but go elsewhere, if you want peace of mind. I sincerely regret having gone to them, just to save some money (my mistake).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Today I go for service of my tvs Jupiter on 10:15 am. I entered on 10 30 am that time he told me that wait for 15 minutes but on 11:30 am he told me that today service not possible. We will give you tomorrow. No value for time of customer.
