Dishonest staff and extremely casual behaviour ..
They asked 1700 for keyboard change and 500 for cleaning laptop ... Suggested cleaning is required to gv extra life to laptop...
Did nothing ... At the time of handover staff statement was " Mam complete cleaning those hi hoti hai" itna dust to rehta hi hai ... And even keyboard was looking as duplicate ... To answer was " mam orginal jaisa to Aata hi nahi ..company bhi same ni bhejti"
Very disappointed with HP...I visited there because of HP name else same service was offered in 1000 instead I paid 2100...
