★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Very bad behaviour of the staffs. They made me feel like, I did make a big mistake by buying their product. Please Do not visit this shop or buy any product from them; I couldnt imagine people who all are sitting in the counter of the shop(which has reputation and name in the market fir orthopedic appliances) they are so much ill mannered and impolite and because dealing with thier customers with such rude and unprofessional behaviour. Utterly Ridiculous!
They don't even know how talk or behave with a disable handicapped person. Disgusting Rascals!!

It is well connected through road and it is also accessible through Metro railway service as Central Metro Station is not far away from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I bought one wheelchair for my mother. When I brought the equipment at home, I found that the height is too high for my mother. My mother's height is short, and the height of the seat is high for my mother and she is not comfortable with it. I contacted to the store and asked for exchange. The store manager did not allow me to exchange or return. It costs Rs14700. And this is a total waste for me. If you buy from the store, it is final. There is no exchange or return.
I am really upset.
