★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option of zero stars I would have chosen that. They are very unprofessional. I called to enquire if they have the product that I wanted but they shut me down and asked for the company's details on whatsapp which I promptly sent. They ignored my messages and when I asked for their pricelist they didn't provide me with one. Later they blocked me on whatsapp!
This is not how you treat a potential customer. Costumer relations are the most important part of being in the trading and service industry.

The person who is seating on front desk has no knowledge of devices or he is not able to answer silly questions even. They usually say "sorry sir it's not my scope of work". They have very low working speed. Much delay in repair and delivery. They pretend to be professional but they are not.
