★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really a good company to work for....considerable work culture with great ethos somewhere maintaining work life balance at its best, sound disciplinary policy and following statutory obligations but i feel somewhere there is a downstream need to work upon it. Some of the points which i feel must be discussed with the staff and may be taken into consideration are listed below:
1. Employee feedback form once in a month must be introduced.
2. Recreational activities once in a quarter.
3. Training and Development program for upgrading the existing skills.
4. Placing of the candidates within the right order that is slightly differentiating.
5. Salary and perks review.
6. Competency chart must be introduced on monthly basis.
7. Awards and rewards for smartly done work.
I request if its feasible to go with the same that is more enough to cope up with the challenges on the way.
