The learned and Highly experienced Therapist Mayank Sir: Juhi Madam and Rashmi Madam have got vast experience and exposure to, day to day problems related to our body both from outside and inside .
Apart from physical therapy, they give us best guidance for Meditation: Yoga : Self control: Fitness : Mind Concentration and many more activities which we are lacking in our day to day lifestyle.
I highly recommend Kaay Shuddhi for quality Yoga and Physical fitness. Everyone should visit this place irrespective of there age and gender and get benefitted. "ABHI NAHI TO KABHI NAHI" time is running out get yourself fit and fine to live a healthy and happy long life.
