★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is bustling with people all around. The building is filthy and construction is really poor. You can see the concrete beams are not done well.
Some places there chips and tiles are falling down for no reason.
Roads is very narrow. Cannot make out the entrance.
Security person does inquire and doesn't leave people inside without proper reason.
Parking seems a big challenge, no space.
Rooms are spacious and friend has maintained the house well.
And there are few trees around unlike other parts.
