★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was to get parcel from Vashi Navi Mumbai. At kabra express Vashi, it was told that next day morning parcel will be delivered as urgent charges were paid . They gave L R number , now when I called kabra express bapunagar office , a lady puck up phone with rude behaviour and gave godown number. That number I already rang up for 5 times but nobody answered . I requested lady to check with their system . She said will tell you after some time . What was unprofessional from Kabra express , 1. No trekking system with good quality. 2, staff is talking like boss and attitude of staff talking are very bad . After an hour passed did not hear from them .. totally unprofessional approach . Will never give any business to kabra express in future .... After a long wait , I went to collect the parcel . At delivery godown, there was a mess . No social distancing , no follow of any government norms . When inquired about my parcel , I was told to come after noon . I was shocked , what is wrong with this kabra express logistics? I insisted to check the bilty , ultimately after a long wait, they got my parcel AND NOW COME THE REAL SCENE OF THIS LOGISTICS COMPANY. MY STUFFS WREE MESHED. CHOPPED AND OUTER COVER OF PARCLE WAS TEARED . Three was no one to listen .
With heavy heart and lossing previous amount of my items , I left that kabra express godown .
So it is final . No relationship with this company. Very unprofessional and uncustomerfriendly approach .
