★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filthy place around kabutkhana, putrid smelling, invitation for lungs disease, garbage dump on one side, unauthorized vendors, utter chaos, towards the stairs of matunga station, vendors block chunk of road.. No sign of footpaths as occupied by vegetables vendors on both sides.

You will find more South India style items in the markets of Kaboothakhana.The station will arrive at a distance of five minutes. And on the other side is the Maheshwari garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know this place much, but I have seen in some place where people use to buy seeds, grains and feed them.. Like that 10-15 people buy them for every hour and then the whole place will be filled with seeds. Here their strategy comes in to picture, they collect all the seeds from the floor and resell it to the public ? this happened right in front of me but still why 4 stars because they allowed me to take pictures only for that.
