★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Indian bureaucracy. The clerks won't look at you while talking and won't repeat because they have said it once; don't expect smile or hello.
Example: A family asked to turn on the exhaust and they refused.
The staff will harass you if you will not hire a 'lawyer' and if you would, they will happily give you their contact number. They will also tell you to mention to the 'lawyer' who sent you to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place does not have a security guard nor a front desk attendant to inform people about the various services. The surroundings and the building are mostly clean though a lot of it is in broken condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still this Community Centre is under construction. But it is not good as instead of using this place/building for the welfare or various activities of the community it is being used by Tehsil, mainly for the formalities of registration of lands and immovable property.
But it was amazing to note that it's washrooms were very neat and clean with proper supply of water and toilet soap. It may also be clean due to reason that the washrooms are newly built and even the door work is still incomplete.
