The lady who works here is extremely rude and arrogant. I wish she is trained in the future to treat clients better. Although she might not care if kaff makes a sale but I am hoping someone from the kaff organisation helps her with how to deal with customers. Was about to purchase their cooking range from the showroom. The experience made me switch to ifb! Maybe things work out for the best. If you want to purchase their products, it’s best is to avoid this store and order online. She is really a blemish to this organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a new Canberra 90 chimney from Kaff main store Metropolitan Mall Delhi. After few months I made a service complaint to customer care for which an untrained person came who was just fighting with it. The person could not fix it properly and I am again perusing the matter with customer care team since last one month but one is interested to get the things right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i bought the product, had taken enough reviews from online and couple of distributors locally. The product delivery and installation was smooth. However, we are in to 5th month of usage and the knobs are locked and there is some ignition issue. My first complaint was lodged on 5th Feb followed by 24th Feb and now 2nd March. All three times they did not even bother to come home for attending the issue. I think they have one of the most pathetic service levels. While i may say the product is superior, beware on service levels. We had to stop cooking for one whole day because of the knob lock down. One of the most frustrating experiences with Kaff. Would recommend to buy at your own risk of maintaining.

Kaff even provided installation services without any issue. Not only is the quality of the product outstanding, they also have a great customer support service. I highly recommend Kaff Appliances to family and friends.
