★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KAFF is a Fraudulent Company. Never Buy any Third Class Products of this Company. My Chimney (LYRA DHC 60) is not working since 26/04/2022. The Technician of KAFF agency (Zen Enterprise, Kolkata) taken away the Hydraulic Motor of my Chimney on 29/04/2022 (Service Request No: 220429002) and charged Rs.350 Visiting Charge. After that no response from the Technician and the Fraudulent Service Centre (Zen Enterprise, Kolkata) for the last 2 weeks. They are not picking up the call also. They are doing open fraud with customers. No Accountability and No Escalation Matrix. Feeling Helpless after buying product from this Fraudulent Company. Everyone Beware of KAFF!!!!!!

Kaff doesn’t have trained and experience staff and they just make a mess with your kitchen and you will endup with worst installation on the top of that you will experience a low quality product experience. At the time of service their senior staff will say we can’t fix this any more. They don’t bother about quality at all.
