★ ★ ★ ★ ★ दोस्तों आप से मेरा निवेदन है की इस बिल्डिंग में फ्लैट ना ख़रीदे, क्यों की यहाँ पर लोग बात बात पर राजनीती करते है यहाँ पर रोज झगड़े करते है| ऐसा माहौल परिवार और बच्चो के लिए ठीक नहीं है | मुझे भी यहाँ फ्लैट खरीदना था यहाँ तक की मैंने टोकन अमाउंट भी दे दिया था, पर मेरे घनिष्ट मित्र वही रहते है पिछले १० सालो से रहते है,उन्हों ने समय पर बता दिया की यहाँ की क्या परिस्तिति है, फिर मैंने अपना टोकन वापिस ले लिया |
Friends, I request you not to buy flats in this building, because people here do politics on talk and fights here. Such an environment is not good for family and children. I also had to buy a flat here, even I had given the token amount, but my close friends have stayed the same for the last 10 years, they told me in time what is the situation here, then I took back my token Took

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor locality, Sunday market. Most of the days roads are chaos due to mismanagement of traffic.
No space for people to live there , all the open space occupied by vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons:- area is surrounded by slum, dirty locality , infrastructure is poor. i have seen lots of flat has leakage problem.very less open space available. all open spaces occupied by vehicles.
Pros:- 15 walkable distance, regular BMC water supply.
I am residing here for 2 months but i don't like this place. i am waiting to complete rent agreement and i will leave this place as early as possible.
