★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No consistency in taste or quantity.When the taste is fine ,they will send u half the quantity.When u question the staff about it -they would tell that the owner has instructed them to make half the quantity…seriously???So much to cheat client???after 3 bad experience in a row ,I vow to never go back to these cheats…pathetic and down right cheap I would say!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been regulars of this restaurant since a long time ,but have noticed a dip in their service skills over the last couple of times .The taste has changed and it took them 15 mins to get the 2nd round of rotis last time .I guess they need to up their game !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Kaiser around 15 times - guess I can stop writing here but I'll write more. The foods amazing. Almost all occasions the order includes Nihari, Haleem, Seekh Kebab and Korma. Some occasions they are out of Firni. The Shahi tukra is average. Most of their business seem to be on online delivery so it's generally empty whenever we reach there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place... tonight I ordered dinner from here.. Mutton and chicken with some tandoori roti.. Mutton Nihari was awesome
Gravy taste was yummy... chicken jahagiri was also upto the mark..so overall it was great experience..I would like to recommend this place for the authentic muglai food...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to mutton delicacies, Kaiser is one of the best restaurants in gurgaon. The food served here is just great with superb flavours, taste and aroma. I would personally suggest you to try dum biryani, nihari and haleem. The place is tastefully designed with good interiors.
