Call the operator. Most of the times it's switched off or not reachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had paid the full amount but notice was coming saying that you have a due amount payment and your connection is likely to be cutted and one more thing they increase and decrease the volume few times which makes it not worth to the service and customer care is not much experienced and they don't care to people they are talking with... Not worth paying them airtel or dish tv is better than them
Edit:- why is your remote of so bad quality.. and why do you remove few other language channels when we don't see them daily.. we pay for full channels right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer services, cable has not been working for more than 1 month, proprietor number redirects the calls, technician says he would send the guy, the final guy on the ground says he is coming, but doesn't turn up. This is the same story irrespective of how many ever calls are made.
This is specifically around the Kodichikkanahalli area, Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wast customer service in kaizen cabel operater. Kaizen oprator is not responce properly from friday iam telling to cabel operator to connection cabel for my new home but the cabel operator is not responding properly.
Soory i will go for DTH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service! We Stay in Rajajinagar and my cable is not working from past 1 month and I am sick of complaining and calling the service guys! The owner doesn't even bother to respond to calls. Waste of money and time ! Please don't opt for this cable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are paying about Rs.300 and we get quite a lot of channels or rather the ones which we require to have.
They have Hd boxes with subscription extra Rs. 100. However you will get 65 HD channels in that.
If you get the box replaced they will charge you Rs.2500 for the new HD box
Quality of service is good and the channels with normal subscription or sd channels are good n clear.
