The staff is helpful and polite.
Workers in workshop are well trained.
Pick and drop facility for car servicing available.
Gave my car for bumper replacement, it was replaced in 4 days.
Recently, this branch was awarded as 2nd best branch in whole India by Honda.
So, all in all, reliable stop for your Honda cars!

Good customer service and timely updates.All adequate information was provided. Well mannered and comfortable behaviour of staff. In this digital era, most of the communication was on calls, whatsapp etc. The preference given to customer experience was excellent.

β β β β β Service is really worst they are charging 300 Rs charge as a sanitization but the thing is they need to care about themselves for covid 19 and for their staff they need to sanitize all car by themselves but they are asking for money to sanitize the car. And Service also not good from their service manager we need to contact owner then. Kindly ignore the service in kiazen Service slcentre

β β β β β I visited the showroom for brokan car key they dont have the box and cost of key chain was 10000. However I have prepared from outside in Navi Mumbai and at cost of 850 only. Honda showroom has to solve problems and not only rob the customers.
When I visited the place except one Representative all other were chatting in one room and I have to wait unecessarily for 15 mins untill I complain to lady at front desk.
