This weekend I had a saree, an hour, and an important function. As someone who fumbles with hair and makeup, it was a godsend to stumble upon this little gem of a parlour. Even among the Lakmes I have seen some of which are bigger/fancier, this one seems better mainly due to the service. They understood my time constraint, the hairstylist styled well and as I told the makeup artist, for the first time a parlour did a lightlmakeup which was truly LIGHT. Glad I found it (and yes I looked awesome?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unprofessional. I went on Monday for pedicure and threading. First they offered me threading service and then said that they have not a single pedicurist in the salon. Apparently, all their pedicurists take off on MONDAYS. I asked them to ask Geeta Bhavan Lakme to arrange a pedicure and they straightaway lied that they don't have a pedicurist as well. However, when I called Geeta Bhavan, they had a pedicurist available. Worst service. Absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with the Manicure/Pedicure guy. He is rude and misbehaved with me. I complained to the owner, he says...one cannot expect better services from a person who does Manicure/Pedicure.
I have never experienced such rude behavoir in any other Salon.
I do not think, I will visit again nor recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good but they charges u more than what is mentioned on website. I got some gift voucher through pantaloons and when I went to claim them they simply refused to avail the offer.
Even they charged more than website price value.

The attention to details is worth noting and appreciating. Looking forward to exploring more services here. Highly recommended :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent haircut. If you're a student, great! They offer 50% off on student ID cards although they'll cause you trouble for the same. I booked an appointment on call and confirmed for haircut with 50% discount provided I show my student ID. Haircut is 325/- after discount. Once I was done they told me that student ID offer can only be redeemed next time for the next haircut which doesn't make any sense to me ??♀️ I sat and argued about my conversation on phone and they took some good 30mins to resolve the issue. Haircut was good though; recommended!
