★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my first visit and last with them. No one was wearing mask. Showed stylist my previous haircut just to give him an idea of my taste. He tried to copy that and now I'm stuck with a cut I'm not quite happy. And kept trying to sell their expensive products to me and wasted my 15 min .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a mani pedi today. Made an appointment at 7, they close at 9:30. They then said to come at 8-8:15 which was very okay not a big deal. the woman who did my mani pedi did the job in such a hurry I still have flying dead skin on my fingertips. Didn’t get the point of the service. And then while doing my cuticles she hurt me like 4 times and didn’t even say anything after I screamed. The other girl who did my friends did a really good job tho.
