If you want to buy tiles for front wall, surface, kitchen & bathroom of your homes, there is no need to go anywhere. I pray to God for the all success of this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner’s behaviour is non professional and he insists taking money in advance. After placing the order, my delivery was delayed for 2 days and every time I call the owner he promises to deliver within few hours. The owner doesn’t know how to talk politely and is very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if it were option for negative marking...i would have given that...this person is very rude and arrogant in nature. he takes full payment in advance , but provides second quality product, saying it premium....i received many tiles broken and the packes were in pathetic condition (for this he answered, might have broken in transportation and its not his responssibility)...he even sended me some packets of other colour tiles/wrong tiles and denied to take them back..he is not even ready to listen costumers problems and accept his fault...both he and his son are same level cheater, money hunger...
due to these broken tiles and mismatched tiles, i had a shortage of tiles....so I purchaged thise from 'Dehradun tiles in pankha road'...they were so polite...and got same tiles in just half price.....he gave me second quality product in half price, which was better then the premium quality tiles provided by soo called 'bajaj Granites'...

When I went to his shop and complained and asked for replacement , he started shouting and misbehaved with me. He agued that it might have been broken in transportation and its not his responsibility . He is so shameless that he even kept my broken tiles .He is not ready to listen the costumers problems. Both Rakesh Bajaj and his son Chirag Bajaj are same level cheater, money hunger. They do not issue any Invoice also. I wish Income tax and Sales Tax Authorities should raid his showroom and teach him a lesson so that innocent
poor Customers do not become their victim . M/s Kajaria Company should also look into his highhandedness and cancel his dealership, as this is a blot on the company network.
